Our work together will be an invitation to come home and allow all the parts of you to be at the table. Let's delight in your story together, dance with your darkness (stories of suffering), gather bones of lost days, and create new life from old wounds.
I believe
— in the inherent value and goodness in each of us. Sometimes our truth is "hidden" by structures of survival. It may be buried treasure, tucked away or defended deep within, but the truest of each of us is there.
— “the table is set and all parts are welcome.” There is pleasure, delight, and compassion in allowing all parts of yourself to sit at the table.
— that where your deepest hurt comes from, that's where your beauty also is.
I believe when people have the courage to really show up and offer their unique gift, that it’s stunningly beautiful.
— it’s a life-giving honor to dance with people in dark places in really deep ways.
— you can't take someone further than you have been.
Let's begin the process of naming the truth of what your life has been while moving toward authentic joy in the present.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, LPC, NCC
One of my greatest passions is to embrace ourselves where we are, while also committing to change. I believe our capacity for joy relates to how we move through suffering and difficult emotions. Offering kindness to ourselves and others along with allowing emotions instead of avoiding, deepens life experiences. This type of space encourages an understanding of your story while actively creating the future you see for yourself. I will provide a safe, trusting environment where you can explore the areas of desired change and growth. Our partnership can help navigate the journey with authenticity and courage.

Housing Shortage
I tried to live small.
I took a narrow bed.
I held my elbows to my sides.
I tried to step carefully
And to think softly
And to breathe shallowly
In my portion of air
And to disturb no one.
But see how I spread out and I cannot help it.
I take to myself more and more, and I take nothing
That I do not need, but my needs grow like weeds,
All over and invading; I clutter this place
With all the apparatus of living.
You stumble over it daily.
And then my lungs take their fill.
And then you gasp for air.
Excuse me for living,
But, since I am living,
Given inches, I take yards,
Taking yards, dream of miles
And a landscape, unbounded
And vast in abandon.
And you dreaming the same.
